We worked on Beckshop.ro, a store based on Magento 1.9, and on-demand we’ve added new features, improved existing extensions and debugged & fixed their custom extensions they already had. The platform also got updated to the latest version, along with the template.

Coupled with some advanced performance tweaks, the results were amazing! The store is now faster and it can better serve its customers, besides the fact that it is easier to maintain and update when needed.

What we did:

• Update Magento to the latest version;
• Update their template to the latest version;
• Update PHP version from the antiqued 5.6 (alongside the needed code adjustments in modules);
• Author modules and listing fixes;
• Completely reworked the mobile navigation menu;
• Installed, updated and configured third-party modules;

• Added new filter to the layered navigation, with multi-select capability;
• Author listing paged, index-page style with real time searching;
• Advanced code optimizations and SQL query optimizations;
• Re-worked the template, correctly, using the child theme method;
• Stripped-down the premium template, to make the store faster;
