Important note: emergency interventions are free, unless user-caused. Bugs, errors, host issues, unexpected issues, and stuff like that are covered. User-caused means: an employee modifies theme/plugin/core files or settings and now stuff’s broken and we have to intervene (do note that if things get really broken and our systems let us know we wil automatically intervene as to not leave your website/store in a non-functioning state – this means your next bill will include the cost of that intervention along with proof that it was user-caused).

Universal Rates:
Overage €85/h (retainer clients), ad-hoc €110/h, urgent/after-hours €140/h.
Billed in 15-minute increments. P1 triage includes up to 30 minutes/event to stabilize.

Stop stressing about your website.

A well-maintained site means more trust, more leads, more sales.
We’re ready to take over so you can grow your business.

Frequently asked questions

The best plan depends on your website’s size, complexity, and traffic. If you run a small business website, the Basic or Standard plan is a great choice. For WooCommerce stores or high-traffic sites, we recommend the Enhanced, Proactive, or Business plans.

If you’re unsure, contact us! Maybe after a discovery call we can figure it out togheter.

P1 triage = our first 30 minutes of emergency work to get the site back to a safe, working state (‘“’stabilized’”’).
It’s not a full fix promise. It’s the rapid actions we take to stop the bleeding and bring the site back online so business can continue. Anything beyond that window uses included plan hours first, then bills at standard rates.

What counts as a P1 (examples)

  • Site unreachable / 500 errors
  • Hacked/defaced indicators or critical security breach
  • Checkout/payments failing or contact forms completely broken
  • Infinite redirect/critical error loop that blocks access
  • Admin lockout preventing urgent remediation

‘Stabilized’ = baseline working

  • Homepage loads, no fatal errors
  • Admin access restored
  • Core lead path works (e.g., contact form submits, checkout processes)
  • Temporary measures may be applied (e.g., disable a faulty plugin/feature)

Included actions in the first 30 minutes

  • Acknowledge + start triage within the plan’s SLA window
  • Quick rollback of recent updates/changes
  • Disable the offending plugin/theme/custom code
  • Restore a recent snapshot/backup (if small & quick)
  • Hotfix common config issues (permalinks, redirects, .htaccess, wp-config)
  • Quarantine obvious malware and block malicious traffic patterns
  • Communicate status + next steps

Not included / typically beyond the 30 min

  • Deep malware cleanup and full security audit
  • Rebuilding corrupted data or re-importing large databases/products
  • Re-engineering custom code or complex plugin conflicts
  • Large restores/migrations that take longer than 30 minutes
  • Third-party/vendor escalations and coordination time
  • After-hours/on-call coverage not in your plan (billed at urgent rate)

How billing works

  1. We stabilize within the included 30 minutes/event → no extra charge.
  2. If more time is needed:
    • We use any included monthly hours in your plan first.
    • After that, we bill at €85/h (retainer overage) or €140/h (urgent/after-hours), in 15-minute increments.
  3. We always notify before exceeding the included window, unless immediate action is required to prevent further loss.
